Description:

Financial Planning Analyst

-Performs financial analysis by utilizing key financial indicators and business drivers.

-Prepares and reviews management reports; contributes to an environment of continuous improvement, including streamlining reporting and increasing the efficient of processes.

-Collaborates with business partners, including senior business leaders, to develop budgets, forecasts, and various ad hoc analyses.

-Ability to think conceptually and analytically about key impacts of operations on financial results.

-Ability to identify process improvement opportunities for processes and reports.

-Ability to work in a team environment; initiative to work independently and contribute to department goals; and ability to lead others while maintaining effective business relationships with associates throughout the organization.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and experience with an enterprise accounting system (such as SAP).

-Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related function.

-Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related degree. MBA is preferred but not required.
